Known as the direct link, the AE acts as a liaison between the team and the client. They’re responsible for understanding what the client wants and translating it to the team.
The PM is the known supporter of the team. They’re responsible for making sure project deadlines are met, while seeing that everybody has everything they need in the process.
The AD is known to be the creative of creatives. They’re responsible for making graphics, helping with rebranding, and creating campaigns. ADs are known to work very closely with the copywriter.
The copywriter is the human typewriter of the team. They’re responsible for writing copy for digital content, brainstorming ideas for campaigns with the AD, and helping to decide tone for campaigns.
That one person that always knows a guy, the PR Specialist handles the client’s image and publicity. They’re responsible for reaching out to media outlets, releasing press releases, and creating PR strategies.
The one that’s always looking through a lens, Photo & Videographers know what compliments the camera and always has to get the perfect shot.
Known to be the technophile of the team, the digital specialist is always online. They’re responsible for handling the client’s social, hashtags, and websites curation.
A.K.A the know-it-all of the team. As well as knowing all there is to know about the client, they’re surveying and analyzing their target audience to find the best possible strategy for their team.
